Refunds & Returns Policy
- • All goods returned for whatever reason must be accompanied by a Filtermax RMA number (Return Merchandise Authority).
- • Goods returned without an RMA may not be credited.
- • Please contact Filtermax to obtain RMA.
- • Goods returned must be in a resalable condition. No markings/scratches, etc.
- • Goods returned after 60 days incur a 15% restocking fee.
- • Goods cannot be returned after 12 months.
- • Filtermax will cover any freight costs where we have incorrectly supplied or specified a part. Where Filtermax is not at fault, the buyer is responsible for any charges associated with getting the goods back to a Filtermax warehouse.
Please Note: Filter max does not offer returns on specially ordered in parts.
